CSRD is a new EU requirement that requires large and listed companies to report standardised information on their environmental, social and governance impacts, risks and opportunities, and how these are managed.
It is expected that sustainability reporting is as rigorous and reliable as financial reporting so that investors, regulators and the public can better assess the sustainability performance of companies.
I can help you to:
Perform a gap analysis between your current disclosures and datasets and the requirements of CSRD
Prepare draft disclosures to meet the requirements of CSRD
Develop a multi-year roadmap and project plan towards CSRD compliance.
-
EU Taxonomy is a classification system that defines which economic activities can be considered environmentally sustainable.
Its goal is to guide investment towards activities that genuinely support the EU’s climate and environmental objectives, while preventing greenwashing.
I can help you to:
Identify ‘eligible’ and ‘aligned’ economic activities
Prepare the financial and non-financial information required to produce EU Taxonomy disclosures
Develop and document the methodologies used to produce EU Taxonomy disclosures.

The IFRS Foundation is a not-for-profit responsible for developing global accounting and sustainability disclosure standards, known as IFRS Standards.
Its International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) sets global baseline standards for sustainability and climate-related disclosures, incorporating frameworks like TCFD and the UK TPT.
It aims is to provide investors with consistent, comparable, and reliable information on how sustainability factors affect a company’s financial performance and prospects.
These are expected to be adopted by the UK as the UK Sustainability Disclosure Standards (SDS).
I can help you to:
Produce ISSB disclosures, including company-specific SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standard Board) metrics
Prepare an ‘uplift’ of existing TCFD or SASB disclosures to develop these into ISSB disclosures to meet UK SDS requirements
Develop a roadmap towards ISSB disclosures, including transition planning, data and assurance considerations.
-
Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) framework requires large UK companies to disclose their energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy efficiency actions in their annual reports.
It aims to increase transparency, drive energy efficiency improvements, and support the UK’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
I can help you to:
Collect, consolidate and prepare the fuel, energy and other data required to produce SECR disclosures
Prepare SECR disclosures, including metrics and narrative statements required for SECR compliance
Support with interfacing with financial auditors and preparers of financial accounts to produce complete and verifiable SECR disclosures that fit a set of accounts.
-
The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) provides a framework for companies to disclose how climate change risks and opportunities affect their business, strategy, and financial performance.
It helps investors and stakeholders make better decisions by improving transparency on governance, risk management, and climate-related metrics and targets.
I can help you to:
Use TCFD as a framework for identifying and assessing climate-related risks and opportunities and developing responses to climate change that fit with your wider approach to governance, strategy and risk management
Build datasets, models and outputs that meet the TCFD requirements for climate scenario analysis, assessing the implication of various future warming scenarios on climate-related risks and opportunities
Prepare TCFD disclosures that meet the UK CFD (Companies Act) requirements.
-
The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) provides a framework for organisations to report and act on nature-related risks and opportunities, similar to how TCFD addresses climate.
Its goal is to shift global financial flows toward activities that protect and restore nature, reducing biodiversity loss and supporting long-term value creation.
I can help you to:
Develop climate and nature metrics to measure and assess nature-related impacts, dependencies, risks and opportunities
Build a plan to integrate nature into governance structures, strategy and financial planning
Prepare disclosures in accordance with the TNFD reporting requirements.
-
The UK Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT) provides guidance for companies on creating credible, detailed transition plans to move toward a net zero economy.
It aims to ensure plans are consistent, comparable, and decision-useful for investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
I can help you to:
Prepare a climate transition plan (net zero transition plan) that is aligned to the UK TPT Framework, including modelling and the development of delivery and engagement strategies
Produce a gap analysis between existing disclosures (e.g. CDP Climate Change, TCFD) and the requirements of UK TPT
Produce a transition plan report to help explain to stakeholders how you expect your decarbonisation programme and journey to net zero will be delivered.
